Building recertification is a mandatory process for many residential and commercial properties in South Florida. Once an engineer completes the required inspection and issues a report, construction repairs must be completed in order to achieve compliance. We provide full scope construction services to address all required items identified in the recertification report.

Our role begins after the engineer’s recertification report is issued. We review the required repair items and execute the necessary construction work in accordance with the report, approved plans, and local jurisdiction requirements.

Recertification projects often involve multiple trades and must be carefully phased. We coordinate all aspects of the construction process to address life-safety, structural, and supporting repairs while minimizing disruption to residents and building operations.

We work alongside independent engineers throughout construction, supporting required inspections and approvals. Our goal is to help properties move efficiently from recertification findings to completed repairs and final compliance.
